The suspension accessories are used together with those of amarr for the laying of the aerial fiber optic cable by exploiting the characteristic intrinsic self-supporting capacity of the cable itself.
Marking
The manufacturer’s initials and an identification number for traceability of the year and production batch are indelibly printed on the external surface of the suspension devices.
Materials
All the metal parts of the products are non-oxidizable and ensure compliance with the requirements for the entire life cycle of the product. The component plastic materials are recyclable and do not contain hazardous materials pursuant to Annex H of Legislative Decree 22/97 and subsequent amendments. To allow easier end-of-life management of the product, the accessories for overhead cables are easily disassembled and do not require the use of glues, adhesive tapes or fusions of different materials

Suspension for 13.5 mm Cable
It consists of a metal sleeve, with hooking eyelet, in oxidation-resistant material, formed by two hinged half-shells with a rubber sealing insert inside and is made up of the following elements:
- Sleeve in aluminum alloy
- EPDM Cylindrical insert
- Aluminum alloy Pin
- M10 galvanized steel bolt and nut
- M10 stainless steel flat and spring washers
- Elastomer O-ring
The suspension is suitable for supporting the cable to the support poles without tension or with limited axial tensions and ensures the anchoring of the cable. The product guarantees, on spans not exceeding 50m, its functionality without damaging the cable or causing variations in the transmission characteristics of the fibers during the entire operating life of the cable itself; moreover, it can be re-accessed, even with the cable in service, without causing such stress as to create disservices.
The suspension passes all creep, wind vibration, plastic expansion, creep, deflection angle tests. The maximum applicable work load is 3000N and the weight is 780 g.
