Self-Tightening Support
Two types of self-tightening support are produced, both two-way:
- Support with metal suspension hook (code 20390/1)
- Support (UNIBODY) all in plastic (code DWGM0002)
These supports constitute a quick and safe system for the mooring and locking of overhead cables with a diameter between 5.5 and 7 mm. A gooseneck system is used to tighten the cable with maximum safety and thus prevent it from sliding and is such as not to cause crushing and injury to either the cable or the sheath. The cable is connected to the self-tightening support with a simple one-handed action.
The following types of bronze and multipair drop cables can be certified:
- TE 1x2x1 R / BRONZE WITHOUT CADMIUM
- TE 2x2x0,6 / KE-S
- TE 4x2x0,6 / KE-S

The support consists of a metal hook and a plastic part.

DURA DW FB buckle
The supports are integrated in their use by the DURA DW FB buckle, used for the suspension of the cable to the span supports.
