Reinforced Heat Shrink Tubing for Sealing Metal / Plastic Transitions
The “DURA RR” heat shrink tubing is of the open type, with a stainless steel hinge, internally covered with a layer of thermoplastic adhesive and externally with a heat-sensitive pigmentation, reinforced with a layer of glass fiber interposed between the sheath and the adhesive. The exception is the GURR 01/0 sheath which, given its small size, is tubular without glass fiber and without heat-sensitive pigmentation. The glass fiber reinforcement gives the product high rigidity, preventing the spread of any thermal or mechanical damage, while keeping the sheath flexible and suitable for application even on curved cables.
