Duratel, founded in 1989, has been part of the Ecotech Group since 2010.
Design, manufacture and sale of components and accessories for copper and fiber optic telecommunications networks and for subscriber systems.
Materials for fiber optic networks: accessories for NGN fiber optic networks such as OFD, outdoor termination cabinets, junction boxes, junction and termination boxes, materials for Gpon networks, delivery.
Materials for copper networks: IDC, N3, user termination, sheaths and joints.
Materials for installation in piling: steel ropes, tensioners, amarri and suspensions.
Product test benches and systems with a view to continuous improvement of production quality and anticipation and satisfaction of customer needs.
Duratel, a company based in the Florentine area whose business is the production of telephone components, as well as the design and development, was born in February 1989 as an S.r.l., and in 1992 it was transformed into S.P.A. (to better highlight and support the consolidation and development phase it was going through).
On 31/08/2010, the entire share capital of Duratel passed into the hands of Ecotech Srl, thus becoming Duratel a company subject to the management and coordination of Ecotech Srl.
By joining the group, Duratel has expanded the existing range of its accessories for copper cables, also introducing all those for fiber optic cables and thus becoming complementary to the other companies in the group.
Among the first companies in Italy, in November 1993, in recognition of its quality policy, DURATEL obtained from BVQI Italia (certification body of Quality Systems recognized by SINCERT) the accreditation of Company with UNI EN ISO 9002 certified Quality System.

The speed of response to the various customer requests and the willingness to customize products according to individual needs, has allowed DURATEL to be considered by the main telephone operators as a valid partner to rely on. Duratel has been present in China for more than 20 years with its own structure, which is responsible for the development of many of the projects carried out in Florence, as well as quality control at the various production plants before the goods leave.
Duratel provides all its customers, throughout the national territory, with an after-sales service, both commercial and technical, aimed at fully satisfying even the most demanding expectations.
