Description
The hybrid socket for FTTH applications allows both a copper twisted pair and an optical fiber to be terminated in a hybrid way. It is also possible to house a circuit with a double RJ11 connector inside the socket (for the “Modem” and “Home” connection), equipped with a bistable switch that can be operated from the outside, which allows you to include or not the RC block ( CBS circuit).
In general, the hybrid socket has the following characteristics:
· It can be installed directly on the wall or on the most common wall boxes used in Italy (square box, cantilevered or recessed 503 box);
· Availability of different adaptation kits according to installation needs
· It can house an SC or LC duplex optical connector;
· It is designed to house the wealth of fiber necessary to carry out the splicing operations of the last horizontal section;
· The junction area and the termination area are completely separated and placed on different floors
· It is designed to house a fusion joint with heat-shrinking protection;
It is designed to house a field mountable connector.
· Small dimensions, ease of installation, minimization of environmental impact
Upon request, we can also supply the 503 TIM box for installation outside the wall.
